How do I get started?

Click it and your dashboard is ready immediately — no download, no installation, no setup required. GroundOps runs entirely in your browser on any device including your phone, tablet, or computer.

Do I need QuickBooks?

QuickBooks is recommended for the reporting and invoice features, but not required to use the customer management and call list features. If you track customers another way, you can add them manually or import from any CSV file.

How many customers can it handle?

There is no limit. GroundOps has been tested with lists of 1,000+ customers and handles them without issue. Search, filter, and manage your entire database from one screen.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All your data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase — a PostgreSQL database with row-level security. Only you can access your data. Every connection is encrypted over HTTPS. What if I need help getting set up?
